Faux Oreo - Peanut Butter Remix

You may remember a couple of days ago we shared a recipe for Faux Oreos.  What you don't know is that when I was making the cream filling I accidentally added too much vanilla.

It wasn't good. In fact, it was so bad, I threw it out as soon as I took the photo.

Now, I'm not a girl to let perfectly good cookies go to waste so I thought to myself, "Self?  You know what would be really good with these cookies?  Peanut butter."

It was so good, I decided that the remix needed a post all to itself. It's the right thing to do.
